  • Fire Caulk can only be returned if they are defective. Non-defective Fire Caulk is not eligible for returns.
  • A defective product is defined as an item that is damaged or malfunctioning upon arrival or due to a manufacturing defect.
  • All other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • 2. Defective Products
  • If you receive a defective product, please contact Remedi8 within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective item.
  • 3. Restocking Fee
  • If you return a product that is not defective, a restocking fee of 10% of the product's purchase price will be applied.
  • Non-defective items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
  • 4. Return Process - To initiate a return, follow these steps:
    1. Contact our team to report the issue or request a return authorization. 2. Upon receiving authorization, securely package the product, ensuring it is adequately protected during transit. We will provide a return label. 3. Ship the product within 7 days of receiving return authorization. 4. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip with your return.
    5. Inspection and Refund
  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to determine whether it is defective or non-defective.
  • If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • If the item is found to be non-defective, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
  • 6. Exclusions
  • Some products may have specific return policies or warranties. Please refer to the product description and documentation for any unique terms or conditions.
